I charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows, rescheduling, or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Deposits go towards your service cost and are non-refundable.
Services with a deposit can only be rescheduled once before deposit is lost. This applies for promotions as well.
